The Art of Dining
A collaboration between Moro trained Chef Ellen Parr and Artist set designer Alice Hodge. They met at university in Glasgow, where they would often create a feast from the contents of an M&S skip after a night out.

Chef Ellen Parr spent her formative years working at Moro and you can taste the Middle Eastern and Spanish influences in her food.
